With two dogs we go through many, many poo bags. These are great. They don't break and they store the poo on the walks.

These are good bags. I haven't had a failure while cleaning up.

I don't actually use the dispenser but the bags are easy to take off the roll. They are sturdy to empty cat litter boxes into. They tie really well and definitely hold in the stink better then a grocery store bag.
